Additionally, some customers may experience difficulty drilling holes in steel components (as shown in the image), resulting in rapid tool wear and an inability to bore through the steel.
There are two main reasons for this:

1. The material of the tooth tip differs, specifically whether or not it contains 8% cobalt. All raw materials for our tooth tips are inspected before being stocked.

2. The steel may be harder or thicker. In such cases, we strongly recommend using the TCT hole-cutting tool shown below for drilling.
